Section 445A.2771 - Reuse category E: Approved uses

Reclaimed water that meets the requirements for bacteriological quality set forth in NAC 445A.276 for reuse category E may be used for:

1. Spray irrigation of land used for agricultural purposes if:

(a) Public access to the area of use is prohibited; and

(b) A buffer zone of not less than 800 feet is maintained.

2. Any other use that is approved by the Division.
