Section 445A.2754 - Irrigation: Requirements and restrictions1. A person using reclaimed water for irrigation shall not: (a) Allow the reclaimed water to run off the site being irrigated.(b) Except as otherwise provided in NAC 445A.2762 and 445A.2768, use reclaimed water to irrigate food crops.2. A person using reclaimed water for spray irrigation shall conduct the irrigation in a manner that inhibits the reclaimed water spray from drifting beyond the area of use or the buffer zone, if any.Nev.
