Section 445A.274 - Definitions

As used in NAC 445A.274 to 445A.280, inclusive, and sections 2 to 15, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 445A.2741 to 445A.2747, inclusive, and sections 2 to 9, inclusive have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
