Section 445A.342 - Fees for review of tentative and final maps1. A nonrefundable fee in an amount equal to $100 plus $1 for each lot included in the map must accompany each tentative map submitted to the Division for review pursuant to NRS 278.335.2. A nonrefundable fee of $50 must accompany each final map submitted to the Division for approval in accordance with NRS 278.377.3. The Division shall not consider any such map which is submitted for review or approval without the applicable fee.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.342
