Section 445A.3459 - "Vulnerable resource" defined"Vulnerable resource" means:
1. Any building or other structure that is used primarily to house or provide services to children, elderly persons or sick persons, including, without limitation, a school, day care center, senior citizen center and hospital;2. An area that is located within 150 feet of a wellhead of a public water system; orNev. Admin. Code § 445A.3459
