Section 445A.247 - Entry and inspection of premises; sampling; copying of recordsThe holder of the permit shall allow the Director or the authorized representative of the Director, upon the presentation of his or her credentials:
1. To enter upon the holder's premises in which an effluent source is located or in which any records are required to be kept under terms and conditions of the permit;2. To have access to and copy any records required to be kept under terms and conditions of the permit;3. To inspect any monitoring equipment or method required in the permit;4. To sample any discharge of pollutants; or5. To sample any influent of a holder.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.247
