Section 445A.318 - Administration of controls by municipality: Time to begin after determination is made1. A municipality must proceed to administer its program within 60 days after the date of its own determination or its receipt of notice of the Division's determination.2. If an appeal to the Commission has been filed, administrative action by the municipality is stayed until 60 days after the date of the decision by the Commission or panel.3.
