Section 445A.2731 - "Corrective action" defined

"Corrective action" means the permanent remedial action that is taken after the release of a hazardous substance, hazardous waste or regulated substance to prevent the element or chemical from posing a threat or potential threat to the present or future health of the public or to the environment.
