Section 445A.22605 - "Action level" defined

"Action level" means the level of concentration of a hazardous substance, hazardous waste or a regulated substance in soil, groundwater or surface water that is established pursuant to NAC 445A.2272, 445A.22735 and 445A.2275 and for which corrective action may be required by the Director.
