Section 445A.868 - Information required in application for Class II well

An applicant for a permit for a Class II well must include in his or her application the following information concerning the injection formation:

1. The fluid pressure;

2. The estimated fracture pressure; and

3. The physical and chemical characteristics of the injection zone.
