Section 445A.54032 - Preparation by engineer of plans, specifications and design reports for facilityIn accordance with the provisions of NAC 625.610 to 625.613, inclusive:
1. All initial and final plans, specifications and design reports for a facility to treat groundwater must be prepared by, or under the direct supervision of, an engineer; and2. The engineer shall add his or her signature, the applicable date and his or her seal or stamp to the plans, specifications and design reports prepared pursuant to subsection 1.Nev. Admin.
