Section 445A.537 - Submission of monthly reports and other reporting actions1. Each supplier of water shall submit to the Division or the appropriate district board of health, on or after June 29, 1993, or on the date the system for filtration is installed, whichever is later, a monthly report on the operation of each facility not later than the 10th day of the following month.2. The monthly report must include: (a) A written explanation of the cause of any violation of the standards of performance set forth in NAC 445A.521, 445A.526 and 445A.5265 and the operating criteria set forth in NAC 445A.533; and(b) The information required by 40 C.F.R. §§ 141.75, 141.175, 141.570 and 141.571 and the applicable provisions of 40 C.F.R. § 141.721, as adopted by reference in NAC 445A.4525.3. In addition to monthly reports, other reporting actions must be performed pursuant to the applicable provisions of 40 C.F.R. § 141.721, as adopted by reference in NAC 445A.4525.Nev. Admin.
