Section 445A.510 - "Outbreak of waterborne disease" defined

"Outbreak of waterborne disease" means the significant occurrence of acute infectious illness, associated epidemiologically with the ingestion of water from a public water system that has been determined by the Division or the appropriate district board of health to be deficient in treatment.
