Section 445A.509 - "Level of turbidity" defined

"Level of turbidity" means the value in units of nephelometric turbidity obtained by measuring the turbidity of a representative sample of water at a specified regular interval of time. If continuous turbidity monitoring is used, the level of turbidity is the discrete turbidity value at a given time.
