Section 445A.498 - "Concentration times time" defined

"Concentration times time" means the product of the concentration of residual disinfectant in milligrams per liter of water that is determined before or at the point the water reaches the first customer served in the system for distribution and the corresponding disinfectant contact time in minutes.
