Section 445A.613 - Request for variance from requirements

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 445A.800 to 445A.955, inclusive, an applicant may request a variance from the requirements of NAC 445A.595 to 445A.614, inclusive, pursuant to NRS 445A.935.
