Section 445A.603 - Application for permit: Form; conference with Chief of Bureau of Health Protection Services1. The owner of a water system or the owner's designated agent may apply for a permit to operate a water system on an application form provided by the Division.2. Before filing an application, the owner of a water system or the owner's designated agent may request a conference with the Chief of the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water of the Division or a person designated by the Chief. The applicant, members of the local governing body, employees of the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada and the State Engineer may attend the conference.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.603
