Section 445A.5921 - Submission of plan; approval of plan required before issuance of permit1. Each supplier of water who intends to begin operation of a community water system or nontransient water system on or after October 1, 1999, must, before beginning operation of the water system, submit a plan to the Division for its approval.2. The Division shall not issue a permit to a supplier of water to operate a community water system or nontransient water system specified in subsection 1 unless it has approved a plan for the system pursuant to the provisions of NAC 445A.591 to 445A.5926, inclusive.Nev.
