Section 445A.67305 - Water hauling: Marking of vehiclesIf the Division or the appropriate district board of health approves the use of water hauling, a vehicle used for that purpose must be marked in such a manner that:
1. The name and address of the person or other entity responsible for performing the water hauling appear on both sides of the tank, or on both of the doors of the vehicle, in letters that are completely legible at all times from a distance of 50 feet.2. The words "domestic water," "drinking water," or "potable water" appear on both sides of the tank in letters that are completely legible at all times.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.67305
