Section 445A.67105 - Distribution system: General requirements

A supplier of water shall ensure that the distribution system of the public water system:

1. Is adequate to deliver sufficient volumes of water, of the appropriate quality and pressure, to the area of service of the public water system.

2. Complies with the requirements of NAC 445A.67105 to 445A.67145, inclusive.
