Section 445A.66975 - Pumping facilities: Construction of sites for pumping stationsThe site of the pumping station must be constructed in such a manner that:
1. The pumping station is readily accessible at all times.2. The pumping station is protected from vandalism and entry by animals and unauthorized persons.3. The elevation of the pumping station is at least 3 feet above the level of the 100-year floodplain or the pumping station is protected from a flood of that elevation.4.
