Section 445A.66775 - Treatment facilities: Selection of siteA supplier of water shall:
1. Before plans and specifications are prepared for a treatment facility, consult with the Division or the appropriate district board of health regarding the selection of a site for the facility; and2. When selecting such a site, consider the applicable topography and conditions of the soil and any potential hazards from earthquake, fire, flood and other causes.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.66775
