Section 445A.66675 - System for control of corrosion

A supplier of water shall, where warranted by the presence of lead or copper in the public water system, install and operate a system for the control of corrosion that:

1. Minimizes the concentrations of lead and copper at the taps of persons who use the public water system; and

2. Does not cause the public water system to violate any of the provisions of NAC 445A.453.
