Section 445A.66635 - Payment of prescribed fees required

The Division shall not issue or renew any permit to operate a public water system or, except as otherwise provided in subsection 2 of NAC 445A.6669, review plans for or any engineering report related to the construction, renovation, modification or expansion of such a system until the fees prescribed in section 1 have been paid.
