Section 445A.66625 - Severability of provisions

If any of the provisions of NAC 445A.65505 to 445A.6731, inclusive, and sections 2, 3 and 4 of this regulation, or any application of those provisions to any person, thing or circumstance is declared invalid, it is intended that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions or applications to the extent that they can be given effect.
