Section 445A.6655 - "Valve box" defined

"Valve box" means a box or vault constructed of plastic, metal or concrete which is placed over a valve stem at the surface of the ground to allow access for opening and closing the valve and which has a cover located at the surface of the ground to keep out dirt and debris.
