Section 445A.6634 - "Sanitary seal" defined

"Sanitary seal" means the watertight seal established in the annular space between the casing and drill hole of a water well to prevent the inflow and movement of surface water or shallow groundwater, or to prevent the outflow or movement of water under artesian pressure.
