Section 445A.6625 - "Pressure vacuum breaker" defined"Pressure vacuum breaker" means a vacuum breaker that:
1. Contains an independently operating, internally loaded approved check valve and an independently operating, loaded air inlet valve located on the discharge side of the approved check valve; and2. Is equipped with properly located, resilient seated test cocks and tightly closing, resilient seated shutoff valves which are attached at each end of the assembly.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.6625
