Section 445A.66095 - "Lining" defined

"Lining" means a protective covering that is placed over all or part of the perimeter, top or bottom of a reservoir in such a manner as is necessary to prevent losses due to seepage, withstand pressure, resist erosion and control the growth of aquatic plants.
