Section 445A.65965 - "Flow detector" defined

"Flow detector" means a device inserted through a coupling placed on the line into the suction side of a pump to shut down the pump when flow is lost, in which a metal reed extends into the flow and the flow causes the reed to flex and keep the electrical contacts for the pump closed.
