Section 445A.6579 - "Constant discharge aquifer test" defined

"Constant discharge aquifer test" means a scientific evaluation of the characteristics of performance of a well and the hydraulic parameters of the aquifer by pumping the well at a specific rate for a significant period while documenting drawdown.
