Section 445A.6572 - "Chlorine residual" defined

"Chlorine residual" means the amount of chlorine remaining in water after the reaction of the chlorine with organic and inorganic substances in the water which, depending upon the pH of the water, is in the form of hypochlorous acid or hypochlorite ions.
