Section 445A.6568 - "Cement slurry" defined

"Cement slurry" means a mixture of cement and sand, without aggregate, that:

1. Has a cured compressive strength of 300 psi;

2. Can be excavated with minimal difficulty; and

3. Can provide a uniform support for pipes and backfill in a trench.
