Section 445A.65635 - "Ball valve" defined

"Ball valve" means a valve that consists of a ball resting in a cylindrical seat, regarding which:

1. A hole is bored through the ball to allow the flow of water when the valve is open; and

2. The valve closes when the ball is rotated 90 degrees.
