Section 445A.65625 - "Baffles" defined

"Baffles" means deflective valves, guides, grids or gratings, or similar devices, which are constructed or placed in flowing water to check or effect a more uniform distribution of velocities, to absorb energy, to divert, guide or agitate liquids and to check eddies.
