Section 445A.647 - Denial, suspension or revocation of certificate: Written notice

The Division shall send a written notice of intent to take disciplinary action against the holder of a certificate pursuant to section 9 of this regulation for any conduct which is grounds for disciplinary action set forth in NAC 445A.646 or section 8 of this regulation.
