Section 445A.643 - Continuing education: Approval of course of training provided by public water system to its employees1. A public water system may request the written approval of the Division for the public water system to provide a course of training for its employees which is intended to comply with any part of the requirement of continuing education. The Division must approve the request in writing before an employee will be credited with continuing education for the course.2. The Division shall not approve a course of training pursuant to subsection 1 unless the request meets the following criteria:(a) An outline of the course of training must be submitted with the request for written approval and must state the subjects to be included in the instruction and the time to be allotted for each subject of instruction.(b) A list of the objectives of the instructor must be submitted with the request for written approval and must specify the essential points of the instruction and the methods of instruction to be used to illustrate these points.Nev.
