Section 445A.624 - "Responsible charge" defined"Responsible charge" means:
1. Actively engaged in on-site supervision and performance of operation activities including the treatment or distribution of water; and2. Independently making process control or system integrity decisions about water quality or quantity that affect public health.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.624
