Section 445A.542 - Definitions

As used in NAC 445A.542 to 445A.54296, inclusive, and section 1, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 445A.5421 to 445A.5425, inclusive, and section 1 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
