Section 445A.590 - Severability

If any provision of NAC 445A.544 to 445A.590, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, the State Board of Health intends that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions or applications to the extent that they can be given effect.
