Section 445A.586 - Cleanliness of employees' outer garments; confinement of employees' hair1. The outer garments of all employees must be reasonably clean.2. Each employee engaged in the processing of water shall confine his or her hair. An employee whose hair extends below his or her collar shall confine the hair with a hair net. The hair must be kept neat and clean. Sideburns, beards and mustaches must be closely cropped and well groomed.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.586
