Section 445A.578 - Vermin

The operator shall use effective measures to minimize the presence of vermin on the premises. The operator shall keep the premises in a condition which prevents the entrance, harborage and feeding of vermin. The operator may use pesticides and rodenticides only as approved by the health authority.
