Section 445A.571 - Quality of pressurized air used during processing or which contacts water

Pressurized air which is directed at processed water or at a surface which comes into contact with the water must be free of oil, dust, rust, excessive moisture and extraneous materials. The air must not affect the bacteriological quality of the water and must not adversely affect the flavor, color or odor of the water.
