Section 445A.548 - Quality of water used for bottling; inspections; samplingAll water used for bottling must be:
1. Obtained from a source which has been developed in a safe and sanitary manner;2. Inspected regularly, in accordance with the regulations of the State Board of Health on the supply of potable water; and3. Sampled, analyzed and found to comply with the standards set forth in NAC 445A.550 to 445A.554, inclusive.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.548
