Section 445A.960 - Division assumes no responsibility for successful operation of system; permit is revocable privilege

The Division, by review and approval of the plans and specifications for an on-site sewage disposal system and the issuance of a permit pursuant to NAC 445A.950 to 445A.9706, inclusive, assumes no responsibility for the successful operation of that system. Ensuring that such a system will operate satisfactorily is the responsibility of the design engineer and the person constructing and operating the system. Any permit issued pursuant to NAC 445A.950 to 445A.9706, inclusive, is a revocable privilege, and the holder of such a permit does not acquire thereby any vested right.
