Section 445A.9574 - "Vector attraction" defined

"Vector attraction" means the natural attraction of living organisms, including, without limitation, insects, rodents and birds, that are capable of transmitting a pathogen from one organism to another, to sewage, effluent or other by-products of the sewage disposal process.
