Section 445A.9544 - "Individual permit" defined

"Individual permit" means a permit to operate an on-site sewage disposal system that:

1. Handles more than 15,000 gallons of flow per day;

2. Receives flows other than domestic sewage;

3. Uses surface disposal; or

4. Serves as a cluster system.
