Section 445A.952 - "Cluster system" defined1. "Cluster system" means a sewage system:(a) Which serves a group of residences or other occupied buildings that discharges sewage into an individual septic tank on each property or into a common septic tank which is connected to a central effluent absorption system; and(b) For which the Department or other administrative authority determines there is no identifiable and responsible ownership of the sewage system and no enforcement authority among the users of the system.2. The term does not include a mobile home park.3. As used in this section, "mobile home park" has the meaning ascribed to "manufactured home park" in NRS 118B.017.Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.952
