Section 445A.9516 - "Certificate of completion" defined

"Certificate of completion" means a statement issued in writing by a design engineer that certifies to the Division or other administrative authority that an on-site sewage disposal system is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Division or other administrative authority for the on-site sewage disposal system.
