Section 445A.950 - Definitions

As used in NAC 445A.950 to 445A.9706, inclusive, and sections 2 to 5, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NAC 445A.9502 to 445A.9576, inclusive, and sections 2, 3 and 4 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
